studio flowers: crocosmia and euphorbia
My studio flowers are always a bright spot in my day — but this week’s Crocosmia ‘Lucifer’ + euphorbia combo is extra-colorful! I love how they bring out the colors of the Industrial Glass collection earrings I’ve been working on.
Modern bud vase is by Heath Ceramics, in their Redwood glaze. I grew up near the original Heath studio, and two generations of my family loved and used their work long before I had my own. Their vases, mugs, and bowls are still some of our favorite gifts, and they remind me of them whenever I use them. Thinking of friends and family down in California today.
